Halikko Works Oy specializes in the production and forming of tailor-made steel products. Our core competencies are cold forming, welding and heat treatment.

Employing over 100 people, our factory is one of the biggest and most well-known manufacturers of dished and flanged ends in Europe. 70 % of our products are exported, and through indirect sales the percentage of foreign trade is even larger. Our products are used in various industrial sectors, including energy, petrochemical, wood processing and marine & offshore industries.

The excellent quality of our products is the foundation of our business. As a result of long-term development our production processes have evolved into comprehensive services. Our quality system is built according to ISO 9001. The purpose of the quality system is to create value for our customers and facilitate the continuing improvement of our production processes.

We have been manufacturing dished and flanged ends in Halikko since the 1950´s. The factory operated under the name of Matti Eloranta Oy until 1979 when it was incorporated into Rautaruukki Oy. The company changed ownership through MBO at the beginning of October 2005, and the name was changed to Halikko Works Oy. The company is currently primarily owned by the local management.
